Sublustrum Price: Why No Price Has Been Announced and What to Watch For
The Sublustrum price has not been announced. Here is what the Steam page shows today, how the open playtest fits in, and what to check before buying.
The Sublustrum price is the first question many players ask, and the honest answer is that no price has been announced. The Steam page does not show one yet, so any figure you see on another site is not confirmed. Sublustrum is a first-person psychological puzzle adventure from Brickworks Games, published by HypeTrain Digital, and it is still unreleased. This guide explains what is known about purchasing, what is not, and how to plan around an unannounced Sublustrum price without guessing.
What the Steam Page Shows Today
The store listing for Sublustrum on Steam is live, and players can request access to an open playtest from it. A price is not shown, because none has been announced. The page also lists Steam Achievements and Family Sharing, and it shows that the game is single-player. The store page is the place where a price will appear if one is set, so it is the first source to check.
Because the Sublustrum price is missing from the official listing, comparison sites that show a number are repeating something that has not been confirmed. Treat those figures as placeholders until the store page changes.
Key Facts That Are Confirmed
Several details about the game are verified, even though the cost is not. The release window is Q1 2027, and no exact day has been announced. The game has not been released. Wishlists passed 50K on Steam in June 2026, which shows interest but does not set a price.
| Item | Status | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Not announced | Steam shows no price yet |
| Release window | Q1 2027 | No exact day announced |
| Open playtest | October 12 to October 25, 2026 | Covers Chapter One |
How the Open Playtest Fits In
The open playtest runs from October 12 to October 25, 2026, and covers Chapter One. Players request access on the Steam page, and the playtest build includes a feedback survey. Joining the playtest lets you judge the design for yourself, even though the full Sublustrum price has not been set.
Use the survey to report what you find. Feedback helps the developer, and it gives you a clear picture of the sound-driven puzzles and the first-person view before you consider buying.
What to Check Before You Buy
When a price is announced, verify it on the official Steam store page rather than trusting a repost. Confirm the platform, since the game is listed for PC on Steam with Windows 10 or Windows 11 64-bit, and the PS5 has an official PlayStation Store listing without a release date. Check the system requirements too, because the minimum and recommended specs differ. A purchase should only happen after the official store shows the price for your platform.
Be cautious with deals or early-access offers that appear on unofficial sites. Nothing about a discount or bundle is confirmed for this game, so any such offer should be treated as unconfirmed. The same applies to any figure claiming to be the Sublustrum price before the store page shows one.
Where a Price Would Appear
A confirmed price would come from the official channels, and the table below shows how each source stands today.
| Source | What it shows | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Steam store page | Platform, playtest access, system requirements | No price shown yet |
| sublustrum.net | Official game information | Used for verified facts |
| Third-party price sites | Figures without an official source | Not confirmed |
Planning Around an Unannounced Price
Waiting costs nothing, and the playtest gives you time to decide. A clear plan helps: check the Steam page during the playtest window, note whether a price appears, and compare that figure with the value you expect from a first-person puzzle adventure with a sound-driven design. A missing Sublustrum price is not a reason to worry, because the game is not due until Q1 2027. Keep track of the Steam page, which will show a price when one is set. Use the window before Q1 2027 to test the game, read the official material, and compare the experience with what you expect for a puzzle adventure. If the price still is not shown when the release window nears, that is the signal to stop assuming a number.
