Sublustrum PS5: Official Listing Confirmed, Release Date Not Announced

Players looking for Sublustrum PS5 information want to know whether the game is coming to PlayStation 5 and when. The confirmed answer is that an official PlayStation Store listing exists for PS5, but no release date has been announced. The game is unreleased, with a Q1 2027 window, and it is listed for PC on Steam, where an open playtest is running. This guide sets out what is confirmed for PS5, what is still open, and how the Sublustrum PS5 question differs from the PC version, without adding detail that has not been published.

What the PS5 Listing Confirms

Sublustrum is a first-person psychological puzzle adventure from Brickworks Games, published by HypeTrain Digital. The official PlayStation Store listing for PS5 is confirmed. The listing does not come with a release date, so the Sublustrum PS5 version has no announced day. The only firm timing is the overall Q1 2027 release window for the game.

The listing confirms the platform, not the schedule. Players should not assume that the PS5 version will release on the same day as the PC version, because no such date has been published. Until a date appears on the PlayStation Store, any day quoted elsewhere is unconfirmed.

Platform Status at a Glance

The table below sets out where each platform stands. Only PC and PS5 have official listings.

Every row beyond the first two should be read as not confirmed. Nothing has been announced for those platforms, so a claim of planned or optimized support is ahead of the developer's information.

PC Requirements for Comparison

The PC version has published system requirements, which give a useful reference for how demanding the game may be. The minimum calls for Windows 10 64-bit, an Intel Core i5-7400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 8 GB of RAM and a GeForce GTX 1060 3GB or Radeon RX 580 4GB. The recommended specification moves to Windows 11 64-bit with a Core i5-9600K or Ryzen 5 3600, 12 GB of RAM and a GeForce RTX 2060 Super or Radeon RX 5700.

These figures apply to PC only. They do not confirm PS5 performance, resolution or frame rate, so do not treat them as a PlayStation spec sheet. Players comparing the Sublustrum PS5 version with PC should wait for official PlayStation details.

Consoles and Platforms Without Announcements

No official announcement has been made for Xbox, Nintendo Switch or Switch 2. Other platforms, including iOS, Android, VR, GOG and Epic, also have no announcement. For each of these, the accurate statement is that no official announcement has been made yet. Any site that claims a confirmed port is ahead of the developer's own information.

What to Watch Before the PS5 Release

Two things will settle the PS5 question: a release date on the PlayStation Store listing, and the wider Q1 2027 window narrowing to a specific day. The table below shows what to check and where.

Until those change, the best hands-on option is the PC open playtest, which covers Chapter One. Players who want a Sublustrum PS5 date should check the PlayStation Store listing directly rather than third-party sites, because only the official listing is confirmed. A date counts as confirmed only after it appears there. It runs from October 12 to October 25, 2026, and players request access on the Steam page. The playtest does not confirm anything about the PS5 release, but it shows the sound-driven design that the game is built around.
